While Verify Connect gives members the tools to discover, connect, communicate, organize, and participate across Verify.
Verify Business is the other side of that experience.
It gives providers the controls behind the connection features already described—the tools used to manage availability, services, scheduling, promotion, travel, policies, and the business activity happening around those connections.
And the first Verify Business feature begins exactly where Social Hub leaves off.
Social Dispatch
Social Dispatch was designed to help members make the Social Feed their social-media home without asking them to abandon the audiences they have already built elsewhere.
Post your content once inside the Social Feed and VAIRIFY keeps the original as part of your archive. Social Dispatch can then prepare that content for the mainstream social platforms you already use—resizing it where necessary, adapting the accompanying copy, organizing the releases, and scheduling when each post goes out.
We looked at the functionality of popular social-media management platforms like Hootsuite and Sprout Social, which can cost $79 to $99 a month for comparable tools, and built those capabilities directly into the Verify Business package—giving our members one place to manage their social media without paying for another subscription.
Members can schedule releases themselves, connect a compatible AI they already use for assistance, or use VAIRIFY’s AI option to help prepare, adapt, organize, and schedule the content.
This was another need we heard repeatedly. Many community members had been deplatformed or lived with the constant concern that the audience and media they had built could disappear with an account shutdown. At the same time, the scheduling and cross-platform publishing services designed to save them time could cost as much as $99 a month. Social Dispatch was designed to address both problems in one place.
Our goal is simple: protect your media, keep the original safe inside VAIRIFY, and help you project it everywhere you have already built an audience.
Verify Business Controls
Several of the Verify Connect features have an operating side for providers.
Verify Business puts those controls in one place, giving providers the tools to manage how those features work around their business.
- VairiDate — availability, services, rates, scheduling rules, and booking conditions
- VAIRIFY Now — when a provider appears available and how that availability is presented
- Invitations — which requests reach the provider based on services, rates, location, availability, and other criteria
- Directory — enhanced presentation and visibility controls
- Local and National Feeds — control over promotional posts, reach, and advertising activity
- Social Feed — additional media and presentation controls tied to the provider’s profile and content
Most of those controls connect back to the Provider Calendar, where the provider manages the business side of the activity happening across VAIRIFY.
Advertising
Advertising inside VAIRIFY was designed around one principle: keep the price fair.
Every placement begins with a low minimum reserve price. From there, demand determines what it costs. Providers bid for the advertising they want, and VAIRIFY does not arbitrarily raise the price or decide what that exposure should be worth.
If demand is low, the price stays low. If demand increases, the market moves the price.
The result is simple: advertising prices are controlled by supply and demand, not by VAIRIFY.
Provider Calendar
The Provider Calendar is the operating system behind much of VAIRIFY Business and the engine behind VairiDate. It controls when a provider is available, what services and rates are offered, where they are working, and the rules that determine what another member can actually request.
The client sees a simple set of choices.
The calendar is doing the work behind them.
One-Touch Named Schedules
Providers can create reusable schedules for the different ways they work and activate them with one touch. A weekday schedule, weekend schedule, evening schedule, or touring schedule can each carry its own hours and availability.
Schedules can be named, combined, turned on or off, and reused without rebuilding the calendar every time something changes.
Those schedules feed directly into VairiDate, Advanced Search and Scheduler, VAIRIFY Now, and the Directory, so changing a schedule changes what the rest of VAIRIFY understands about that provider’s availability.
Calendar Rules and Time Blocking
Calendar Rules control how published availability can actually be used.
Minimum notice, booking buffers, blackout periods, exceptions, and other requirements can be applied before a time is ever shown as available. Time Blocking lets a provider reserve periods for existing appointments, travel, personal commitments, or anything else without changing the underlying schedule.
Those rules carry into VairiDate and Advanced Search automatically. If a time cannot actually be booked, VAIRIFY should not present it as an option.
Services and Rates
Services and rates are attached directly to the calendar.
When a client begins a VairiDate request, they are choosing from the services, rates, and available times the provider has already published. Invitations can also be matched against that same information, reducing unnecessary conversations about whether the requested service, price range, or time is even possible.
Touring
Touring is more than putting another city on the calendar.
When a provider creates a touring schedule, VAIRIFY can publish that future availability through Advanced Search and Scheduler so clients planning ahead can find providers who will be in the same city on the same dates.
When the touring period begins, the provider’s Directory presence can move to that city automatically, and VAIRIFY can surface advertising opportunities before arrival so the provider can begin building visibility before getting there.
One touring schedule can therefore coordinate the calendar, search results, Directory presence, VairiDate availability, and advertising around the trip.
Availability Controls
Providers control when they appear available and how that availability is presented across VAIRIFY.
Those controls determine what appears in VairiDate, when a provider becomes visible through VAIRIFY Now, what Advanced Search can return, and what the Directory shows.
The provider establishes the availability once.
The connected features use it everywhere.
Invitation Controls
Invitations begin with the client, but the provider decides which types of requests fit their business.
Services, rates, location, availability, and other criteria can be used to determine which Invitations reach them. That allows VAIRIFY to match the request against information the provider has already established instead of forcing the provider to sort through irrelevant requests.
Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Providers can establish cancellation requirements, deposit expectations, and other booking policies in advance.
Those policies can travel with the VairiDate request and other scheduled encounters, so both members see the applicable conditions before the encounter is confirmed instead of negotiating them afterward.
Calendar Push
VAIRIFY was not built to force members to abandon the tools they already use.
Calendar Push lets VAIRIFY scheduling activity work alongside a member’s existing calendar, so confirmed encounters and availability can remain connected to the scheduling tools they already depend on.
Taken together, the Provider Calendar does more than keep appointments. It becomes the operating layer connecting VairiDate, VAIRIFY Now, Invitations, Advanced Search and Scheduler, the Directory, touring, and advertising from one set of provider controls.
VAIRIFY Representative Program
VAIRIFY is launching in 25 languages because it was built for a worldwide community. Translating the platform is the easy part. Every country brings different laws, customs, risks, business practices, and challenges. If the technology is going to serve the community worldwide, we need to understand what is happening locally.
We had a choice: hire executives to tell us what those communities needed, or give that responsibility to members who are already invested in them.
The choice was obvious.
After the Grand Opening, VAIRIFY will announce a designated selection period for each country. At the end of that period, the VAIRIFY Business member with the most verified referrals in that country will become its VAIRIFY Representative.
The position is earned.
Referrals give us a measurable way to identify the member who has demonstrated that they are actively investing in the VAIRIFY community.
In return, that representative will receive 2% of all VAIRIFY revenue generated within their country, up to $300,000 USD, in exchange for providing the information we need to better serve our members locally.
One thing came through clearly during the interviews: providers are intelligent, resourceful, and understand what is happening across every aspect of the community in a way an outside executive never could.
The Representative Program creates a direct pipeline for that knowledge, helping shape the technology around what will best serve members in each region.
VAIRIFY was built by listening to this community.
The next step is giving the community a permanent role in deciding where it goes.
And that’s the next blog.
